Do you have a ticket for HomeTown Festival? Then you’ve also agreed to a number of terms and house rules that apply at the festival. This way, we can make it an unforgettable party together.

These are the Terms & Conditions on behalf of Stichting HomeTown Festival, Kerkplein 11, 3155AM Maasland, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 63328313.

  • Visitors to HomeTown Festival must be at least 18 years old and must carry a valid ID.
  • Visitors to HomeTown Festival must be in possession of a valid entry ticket.
  • Visitors to HomeTown Festival enter the festival grounds at their own risk.
  • The organization accepts no liability for damage resulting from the actions or omissions of HomeTown Festival. We do our utmost to ensure a safe event. However, you enter the grounds at your own risk. Should anything unexpected happen, HomeTown Festival is not liable for damage or injury, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
  • Sales and/or promotion on the festival grounds is not permitted without prior consent from the organization.
  • The organization reserves the right to refuse or deny (further) entry to visitors without explanation.
  • For security reasons, you may be searched. If asked, please show what’s in your bag or jacket pocket. Bringing and/or possessing glassware, plastic bottles, fireworks, drugs, (fire)arms and/or other dangerous or prohibited objects is not permitted.
  • In the event of an emergency, the instructions of staff and emergency services must be followed.
  • Disruptive and/or offensive behavior, as well as theft, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival grounds.
  • Consumption tokens will not be taken back or exchanged for money, except if the festival is cancelled before it starts; in that case a refund can be requested.
  • Animals are not allowed on the grounds.
  • Umbrellas are not allowed on the grounds.
  • Photos and videos of visitors may be taken during the festival, which may be used for promotional purposes.
  • When entering and leaving HomeTown Festival, visitors must not cause a nuisance to the neighborhood.
  • It is not permitted to leave the grounds with (alcoholic) beverages.
  • The event may be changed, relocated, or cancelled.
